Grow Strong Last week of free classes!

Invite a friend to Grow Strong this week! Last week of free classes! If you haven't been in awhile, come on back...we miss you:)

Here is the schedule:

Grow Strong
Located in Lake Placid just off S. Main Street. Look for the yellow 2 story "Karate" building on W. Royal Palm Streeet behind Foster's Paint Center.

Monday: 8:30-9:15 a.m. Heavy Zen/
9:30-10:30 Walk in the Park-( Try to be on time as we will be walking.)/
1:00-2:00-Power Flow for Weight Loss/

Tuesday: 8:30-9:30 Yoga/
6:30-7:30 pm Kickbox/

Wednesday:
8:30-9:15 Kickbox/
9:30-10:30 Yoga/

Thursday:
5:15-6:00 a.m. Kickbox/
8:30-9:30 Yoga/
6:30-7:30pm Yoga/

Friday: 8:30-9:15 Muscle Fatigue Friday/
9:30-10:30 Walk in the Park/

Class Descriptions:

Heavy Zen: This class is designed to strengthen your body using weights and body resistance. Yoga inspired moves are alternated with weighted exercises for an all over body sculpting session. This class focuses on core strength.

(Bring one set each heavy/light weights. We have some extra’s, first come ..)

Kick Box: This class will teach you how to have some fun with your workout. Great for arms and legs. You will punch and kick your way to a toned physique.

(Boxing gloves Optional)

Mommy & Me Sculpt: Bring your baby/small child! This class promises a good workout to regain that pre-baby figure.

Yoga: Gentle stretching and exercises that integrate physical poses and breathing techniques. Develop an awareness of your body, mind and spirit through exercise, breathing and meditation.

Power flow for Weight Loss: Yoga designed for strengthening and fat burning. This is a full body class that will help you increase your energy while burning calories.

Walk in the Park: This is a great opportunity for mommies with strollers, but everyone is welcome. We will walk to Devane park, working out as we go. This promises to be a fast paced workout.
